Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, downloading the Arythmatic Notes mobile app, or otherwise using Arythmatic Notes (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2.Your account

Authentication is handled by Auth0. When you sign in, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from Auth0. If you sign in via a business organisation, we also receive your organisation identifier. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us at support@arythmatic.cloud if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.Your content

You retain ownership of notes, notebooks, tasks, flashcards, flowcharts, whiteboards, and any other content you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, to sync across your devices, share with people you invite, or generate AI-assisted summaries when you explicitly request them.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and must have the rights to it. Do not upload content that infringes others' rights or violates any law.

4.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service to spam, phish, distribute malware, or harass others.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose the Service to third parties outside your organisation without written consent.

5.Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices, features, and limits are described on our pricing page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Taxes may be added where required by law.

6.Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings or by emailing support@arythmatic.cloud. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or creates material risk to the Service or other users. On termination, we will delete or return Your Content in line with our Privacy Policy.

7.Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use AI-generated output at your own judgement — it can be incorrect or incomplete.

8.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arythmatic Notes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
