Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Arythmatic Notes. This page explains when and how we refund paid subscriptions.
1.Free plan
The Free plan is, well, free — no payment, nothing to refund. You can continue using it as long as you want.
2.Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew each month. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current month. If something is genuinely broken on our side — an outage, loss of data, or similar — we will refund the current month on request.
3.Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions get a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you email us within 14 days of the initial purchase, we will refund the full amount. After 14 days the subscription is non-refundable, but cancellation stops the next annual renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
4.Business (team) subscriptions
Team seats are refundable under the same 14-day window as annual subscriptions, pro-rated by seat. Mid-cycle seat reductions apply at the next renewal — they are not refunded mid-cycle.
5.How to request a refund
Email support@arythmatic.cloud from the address on your account with your order reference (from the Stripe receipt). We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
6.Non-refundable items
- Taxes already remitted to authorities.
- Partial months on monthly plans after the current month has started.
- One-time add-ons (e.g. additional storage) after they have been consumed.
7.Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Changes apply to purchases made after the revision date.
